Safety component test tower
The elevator safety component test tower is suitable for the testing test of progressive safety clamp, hydraulic buffer and other equipment. This test tower has the following features:
(1) the overall structure is designed according to outdoor use, with strong anti-wind and corrosion resistance.
(2) adapt to maximum speed of 7m/s, maximum load (P+Q)= 10000kg.
(3) equipped with weight load, automatic tightening of wire rope, high digital control of loading rack, high degree of mechanization and automation, convenient to use.
I. design basis
1. The wind pressure of the structure work shall be 250pa, and the maximum calculation of non-work shall be 800pa. Earthquake load is designed according to the magnitude 7.0 earthquake.
2. Design and processing according to the following standards

3. Overall composition
The system includes main body tower, lifting device, guide frame, load rack, safety protection device, electrical control system and so on.
II. System composition and function
1. Body tower
1.1 the two well paths in the same main tower can meet the needs of 2 test units.
Test unit 1: adaptive rated speed V= 0.25-7m/s, P+Q =1000kg - 3500kg of safety clamp and buffer test;
Test unit 2: adaptive rated velocity V= 0.25-7m/s, P+Q =3000kg - 10000kg safety clamp and buffer test;
1.2 structural features
Using steel structure design, the main rod parts are H - shaped steel, anti-corrosion.
1.2 the outer edge of the main section of the tower is 3.2m*3.0 m, and the overall height of the test tower is about 27m (including ceiling). The horizontal bar spacing is 1.850m, and each 3.7m sets a working platform. The bottom working table is 4.0m from the ground floor, and the floor is equipped with the ramp at each workbench. The top of the tower is set up to cover the working platform.
The working platform of each layer is arranged in 4 weeks of the tower frame with a width of 800mm (with an inclined ramp of 1000mm on one side).
2 lifting device
2.1 the lifting device is located at the top of the tower, including lifting mechanism and trolley. The hoisting mechanism of the vehicle can be used to improve the needs of the two well test units.
2.2 lifting device 4 multiplier work, rated load 10t, rated power 11kw. The hoisting device adopts frequency conversion control, with the rated speed of 3.5 m/min, and the small load can work at high speed.
3. Guide frame and release device
The guide frame is located between the hook and the load rack, and the guide shoe is set on both ends of the guide rail. The guide frame is configured with a decoupling. The use of the guide rack helps to link the decoupling between the hook and the load rack properly.
The decoupling device is electrically controlled wired remote control, and the decoupling action has multiple security protection:
1). The decouple falls to the load rack connection part, and the electric control automatically completes the hook and returns the hook completion signal.
2) decoupling. First the electric operation removes the decoupling protection, then the two hands simultaneously operate the console's decoupling button to complete the decoupling action.
4. The load frame
4.1 load rack is the bearing device of the weight in the test. The load frame is 2 kinds, and the applicable gauge is 1900mm.
Load frame 1: the width of 950mm and the weight is less than or equal to 1000kg, which is used for the test of the load 1000kg - 3500kg.
Load frame 2: width 950mm, self-weight less than 3000kg, used for load 3000kg- 10000kg test.
The upper and lower beam of the load rack is equipped with the guide boot, and the lower beam is equipped with the safety tongs.
4.2 the lower beam of the load frame is the box-type structure welded with steel plate, which has a large strength and stiffness.
4.3 the load frame is set up to be easy to disassemble and the weight is fixed, and the weight is fixed horizontally and vertically.
5. Safety tongs trigger device
5.1 each test unit has a separate safety tongs trigger device for lifting the safety tongs;
5.2 wire rope clamping device can control clamping and loosen the lifting wire rope. The tension force is adjusted by adjusting the spring, so that the wire rope has the constant tension of (regulating the range of 500N - 1500N) when the pulling device pulls the wire rope through the retaining block.
6. Suspension gallows
The suspension frame is arranged on the guide rail, and each group of suspension frame includes the support ear plate and one electric push rod which are arranged on both sides of the guide rail, which can be supported in a fixed position.
6.2 suspension frame is arranged in 2 height, each height is assigned 1 group respectively on each guide rail, and the whole tower has 8 groups.
(1) high suspension frame for testing the installation of the buffer, lifting the switch of hook, etc.;
(2) low suspension frame for installation of safety pliers.
6.3 suspension bearing capacity is designed according to the maximum load bearing capacity of each experimental unit.
7. Automatic loading device and weight
7.1 the two test units will share a set of loading weights; The weight loading device is a set of crane with a stand, main arm, attached arm and special lifting gear. One end of the main arm is fixed on the seat, and the other end is connected to the tower. Two test units can be loaded and loaded by the combination of the main and the secondary arm.
7.2 movable load-frame support frame, which weighs about 30kg. When loading the weight to the load frame, the two supporting frames are placed between the load frame and the ground, so that the load frame can be firmly supported. The height of the support frame is about 400mm, and the sensor installation room under the load stand is protected from contact with the ground.
The weights are divided into 500 kg, 300kg, 100kg and 50kg. The weight of the weight is easy to be used for special lifting and loading and fixing on the load rack. The accurate quality of the weight is confirmed by the metering testing organization.
8. Buffer protection device
8.1 the buffer protection device is:
Set 2 heavy buffers in shaft 1. Main parameters: allow maximum impact of 400 kN, buffer stroke 400 mm, free height 1.25 m.
Two heavy buffers are installed in shaft 2. Main parameters: allowable maximum impact 235 kN, buffer stroke 400 mm, free height 1.35 m.
9. Guiding system
10.1 each test unit has 1 set of independent guidance system, guiding system including guide bracket and guide rail. The guide rail connects through the bracket and the tower. Configuration guide specification: T89 (well road); T125 (shaft 2). Other applicable track types shall not exceed T127 and shall be configured by the user.
10.2 the spacing of each guide bracket in the vertical direction is about 1.85 m.
11. Guide rail lifting device
11.1 guide rail lifting device consists of lifting drum and wire rope and guide rail for guide installation. The test tower is equipped with 2 sets of guide rail lifting devices. 1 set of guide mounting side of the tower above the tower is installed. Each set shall be responsible for the improvement of 2 guide rails of 1 guide rail.
11.2 lift the guide rail at the bottom of the drum position directly, and the other side of the roller will be redirected to the pulleys, so that the hoisting of the wire rope can be changed to the redirection pulley, so that the side guide will be improved.
12. To protect the cable
12.1 each experimental unit has 1 set of independent traveling cable protector to prevent the trailing cable from being damaged outside the outdoor wind working condition.
12.2 the design of the device is composed of wire rope, which is formed by the top to bottom cable, which is used for the traveling cable of the guide frame and the load rack respectively.
13. Safety net
13.1 to set up a protective net on the side of the weight loading device, the test personnel shall be temporarily protected in the test condition.
The height of protection is 2.5m; The current side is about 2.2m away from the ground.
13.2 safety net is not set on the side of guide rail and weight load side.
14. Lighting installation
The waterproof safety lighting socket is installed at the bottom of the main tower and the steel structure of each table. Voltage of socket: AC36V.
15. Weighing device
In the lifting device, the fixed end of the 4 multiplier wire rope is set up to detect the pull plate sensor to detect the actual load of the hoisting device.
16. Electrical control system
16.1 power supply requirements: equipment power supply voltage: AC380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system;
16.2 environment: the protection level of the electrical equipment installed on the main tower is not lower than that of IP43, which can realize the anti-lightning function and system anti-interference function in reliable grounding; Normal working environment temperature - 20 ° C ~ + 60 ° C, humidity 90% RH biggest condensation (don't);
16.3 control position. In addition to the weight loaded, guides ascending operation, control and other operation on the remote operation completed, work station and main tower at the bottom of the steel structure Settings have stop operation at the same time.
16.4 control mode: combination of touch screen and physical button. Touch screen set up safety grips experiment, buffer, manual operation (debug), and other interface (see below), the main test process in addition to weight loading, unloading and detacher release, all can be done automatically according to the program.
16.4.1 physical button operation:
(1) the "ascending" and "descending" of the lifting device. Upward to set height automatically stop (can be slow close), intermediate can be stopped manually at any position, to set position can manually after the stop to continue upward, to the ceiling, floor after automatic stop.
The automatic deceleration is suspended when approaching the suspended position.
(2) the "release" of the decoupling;
The decoupling is off the load rack. Press the "release 1" and "release 2" buttons on both sides of the operation panel at the same time, and the load rack will not decouple.
(3) the upper and lower running of the weight loading device and the left and right operation of the loaded position.
(4) the opening and closing of the safety net: manual operation of two-way movement, the middle position can be stopped at any time.
(5) guide rail lift: manually operate the lifting and lowering motion, and stop at any time in the middle position.
(6) emergency stop switch. The lower part of the tower structure and the operating station have the emergency stop switch.
16.4.2 part of the operation is automatically performed under automatic state and can be operated by the virtual button on the screen manually.
(1) provide and release the wire rope tensioning power of the safety tongs.
(2) the expansion and withdrawal of suspension frame; The four groups were independently operated and recovered.
(3) the mount of the decouple, the safety pin in place and release.
17. Summary of safety protection measures

The upper and lower motion of the lifting device are equipped with extreme position travel protection, and the load configuration has real-time numerical display. The reel and pulley are protected by wire rope.
